Author Bio: Noel Smith

Noel Smith is an Early Years Practitioner and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Classroom Assistant working with children and young adults aged between 4 – 19 years old. He is passionate about inspiring young minds and the idea of writing ‘The Adventures of Mr. Bumble’ came from the unique insight Noel has experienced when it comes to involving children in their own learning and meeting them at their current stage of development.

Illustrator Bio: Ricky Baird

Ricky Baird is an experienced Belfast based tattoo artist specialising in Traditional and Neo-Traditional styles. When it came to working on a children’s illustration book Ricky was the perfect candidate due to his sharp eye and attention to fine detail. He was able to bring the book to life by using bright and contrasting colours and creating unique characters not seen before in children’s literature.
